Our testing methods utilize modern collection equipment and we employ a respectful and friendly data collection process. Our fee is $150 to take samples and/or measurements (two visits required for radon tests), plus a small fee for each hazard test. Your report will contain all the results, preceded by a discussion of the significance of each result, and where necessary, commentary on how to reduce the hazards that exceed reasonable contamination levels. $25 for each SURFACE HAZARD: Lead in Paint, Radon, Illicit Drug Residues
$45 for each HAZARD TEST REQUIRING LAB ANALYSIS: Mold Spores in Air, Mold on Surfaces, Asbestos in Floor Tiles or Insulation, Hazards in Drinking Water (E.coli Bacteria, Total Coliform Bacteria, Color Evaluation, Turbidity, Alkalinity, Acidity, Corrosivity, Hardness, Arsenic, Lead, Copper, Sodium, Iron, Manganese, Nitrite, Nitrate, Radon)
